An implant includes a fixing arrangement which comprises a fixing head and an implant post which is indirectly in contact with a screw connection, a spacing sleeve upper and lower section made of metal, into which the implant post can be screwed, and an intermediate element core. The spacing sleeve lower and upper sections are separate and the lower section is fixed relative to the upper section. The fixing head has an associated closure element which is pref. made of a plastic. ADVANTAGE - The implant is simple and is prevented from turning.
