PURPOSE:To make a brailled document, being free from typing mistakes, without depending on manual work by inputting a previously made word processor sentence data by a method wherein the device is provided with an input section, a Chinese character-Kana/alphanumeral converting file, a Kana/alphanumeral- braille converting film a kana/alphanumeral judging means, a Chinese character- Kana/alphanumeral converting means, a kana/alphanumeral-braille converting means, and an output section. CONSTITUTION:Characters of word processor sentence data inputted from an input section 1 are judged by a judged means 3 whether each of them is a 'Kana' (the Japanese cyllabary) or alphanumeral. when a character is judged to be other than the Kana/alphanumerals, the character other than the Kana/ alphanumerals is converted into a Kana alphanumeral by a Chinese character- Kana/alphanumeral converting means 4 with reference to a Chinese character- Kana/alphanumeral converting file 6. Then the Kana/alphanumeral are converted into braille printing control codes by a Kana/alphanumeral-braille converting mans 5 with reference to a Kana/alphanumeral-braille converting file 7. The converted braile printing control codes are then transmitted to a braille printer 9. |
