PURPOSE:To efficiently carry out a series of operations while securing cleaning properties by installing at least three pressure containers and carrying out a series of operations of pressure retention, removal and supply of a material to be treated in the same time range by a batch or continuous method. CONSTITUTION:Pressure containers 1a to 1c are provided with a common hydraulic medium supply and exhaust device 7. A material to be treated in a storage chamber 20a of a material to be treated of the pressure container 1a is pressurized by a free piston 4a, on-off valves 13a, 17a, 27a and 31a are made in a closed state and pressure is retained. In the pressure container 1b, the treated material is taken out and recovered in a recovery device 33. In the pressure container 1c, a free piston 4c is dropped by driving a supply pump 25 and the treated material is fed to a storage chamber 20c. Water is made to flow as a hydrostatic medium and cleaning is facilitated. |
