VIBRATION MOTOR HAVING NO OUTPUT SHAFT

PURPOSE:To obviate the necessity of high accuracy for each component by securing a shaft to housing and mounting a rotor rotatably on the shaft through a bearing. CONSTITUTION:A stainless steel shaft 2 is press-fitted through a shaft holder Aa in the center of a casing 1 constituting a part of housing and a rotor 5 is mounted on the shaft 2 through an oil retaining bearing 3 and a holder 4 subjected to oil barrier treatment. Since the shaft is fixed and the bearing is made rotatable, coaxial problem of upper and lower bearings can be eliminated perfectly. A single oil retaining bearing causes cost reduction while a ball bearing causes reduction of side pressure loss and current consumption. When a fixed shaft is employed in a battery type oscillation motor, means for isolating between the casing and a bracket 9 can be neglected for the shaft part and thereby the structure is simplified.
