PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of peeling by foaming and filling a core material into a space enclosed by a couple of surface plates, a couple of frame materials, and a holding member in a state where these surface plates, frame materials, and holding member are engaged to each other. CONSTITUTION:Frame materials 10 and a holding member 11 are integrally assembled by allowing recessed grooves 10B and projections/projecting parts 11A to fit with each other to keep the frame materials 10 at a prescribed space and, resultingly, a couple of surface plates 1 are also held at a prescribed space and then the foaming and filling of a core material are carried out to form a heat-insulating panel, and then, the holding member 11 is removed after the above foaming and filling, by which the heat-insulating panel can be obtained. At this time, by setting respective end planes 10C of the frame materials 10 and the internal plane 11B of the holding member 11 so that they form the same plane, the end planes of the finished product after completion can be formed into the same plane. Further, when a metal mold 20 is used in order to resist foaming pressure in the case of using the frame materials 10 having small thickness, the positioning can be maintained and also the end planes can be formed into the same plane by previously forming a recessed part 20A for holding the holding member 11 in the metal mold 20. |
