PURPOSE:To restrict the tone data to be transferred to a tone memory at minimum, and shorten the soundless time between music in the case that the same tone data exists in a sound source by transferring only the tone data which does not exist in the sound source. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 10 transfers a control soft for automatic performance from a floppy disk (FD) 28 previously, and reads out the corresponding performance data housed in RAM 12 on the basis of the specification of an input device 16, and transfers it to a sound source 22 after processing. In the microcomputer 10, a judging means 30 judges that the tone data, which is to be transferred to a tone memory of the sound source 22, exists in the performance data housed in the FD 28 or not, and in the case of NO, the tone data is transferred by a transferring means 32, and in the case of YES, transference is not performed. The microcomputer 10 also displays the performance condition in a CRT, and generates the musical signal on the basis of the performance data, and the performance is output through an amplifier 24 and a speaker 26. The tone data to be transferred is thereby restricted at minimum to shorten the time before starting the performance and the time between music. |
