PURPOSE:To execute material control by each plant conforming to practical business by allowing supply information and necessary information to have a plant code, executing the unitary management of a parts list in common to the plants, and managing the supply/necessary information in each plant. CONSTITUTION:In a means 1, a production planning managing means 11 registers, changes and eliminates supply information 23 of item information 211 of parts list information 21 of information 2 in a final product, receives a plant code and sets it to the supply information 23. When the plant code is given, a necessary plan information managing means 12 registers and eliminates necessary information 22 and the supply information 23 in each plant. An object item information managing means 13 executes a list processing of an object item of a material necessary plan required for execution of the necessary plan information managing means 12, and manages a list at ever plant. By the means 1, necessary plan object item information 25 and the item information 211 are updated. Information 2 has a data base structure of various information which the means 1 necessitates. According to this constitution, the same products and parts are made by plural plants, and when the parts supply is closed in every plant, the management conforming to practical business can be executed. |
