<p>PURPOSE:To improve the editing work efficiency by displaying a display objective area with a rectangular area, which is obtained by reducing a display objective area at a preset ratio, in a window, and layout-displaying so as to understand visually and easily what part of this area the window shows. CONSTITUTION:A Wi part display recognition layout 1 provided at a left half upper corner of a window (Wi) 24 consists of rectangular areas 2, 3 respectively corresponding to a display objective area 15 and a display faceplate 23, and a colored rectangular area 4 corresponding to a display area 22 to be displayed in the Wi 24. The positional relation of the area 22 on the area 15 and the relative relation of the Wi 24 and the faceplate 23 can be seen directly on the basis of the relative relation of these areas 2 - 4. Even if largeness of the Wi 24 is changed, largeness of the area 2 is constant, but the area 4 is changed in relation to the largeness of the Wi 24. When a position of the Wi 24 on the faceplate 23 is changed, the layout 1 is moved with the Wi 24, but the positional relation of the areas 2, 4 is not changed, and only the relative position of the areas 3, 2 is changed. The editing work efficiency is thereby improved.</p> |
