<p>PURPOSE:To effectively reduce the difference of perception with an image read out and made into the image before it is stored without increasing the number of memory ICs by storing the required number of bits with quantized signal voltage of each of colors R, G, and B in plural memory ICs with prescribed capacity. CONSTITUTION:R, G color signal voltages out of R, G, and B primary color signal voltages are converted to seven bits, and a B color signal voltage to six bits by A/D converters 1A, 1B, and 2, respectively, and are stored in the memory ICs 4 with constitution of five 4-bit X n-word in a memory block 3, and are read out and made into the images. By employing such constitution, it is possible to obtain an RGB memory circuit in which all bits of each IC 4 can be used without increasing the number of ICs 4, and the difference of perception with the image before it is stored can be effectively reduced when it is read out and made into the image.</p> |
