Mechanism composed of an entry pulley 1 and an exit pulley 2, both of equal radius and parallel axes. The entry pulley includes a cylindrical coaxial core 3, with axial toothing over an amplitude of 180 degree. On both sides of this core are arranged two parallel racks 4 and 5 which are connected together and joined to the exit pulley 2 by means of a crank connecting shaft mechanism 10-11. <IMAGE>
