<p>PURPOSE:To accurately and automatically control flatness at rolling mill side to the desired value by using influenced factor to the flatness in a plate for each actuator and independently operating each actuator in work side and drive side. CONSTITUTION:The flatness in the plate divided into plural number to the plate 7 rolled with the rolling mill 6 to plate width direction, are measured and this flatness in the plate and the desired flatness in the plate are compared, and the deviation in the flatness in the plate is calculated. Further, based on this deviation, by using the influenced factor to the flatness in the plate for each actuator 5 in the rolling mill, each actuator of the work side and the drive side are independently operated. By this method, the flatness in the plate at the rolling mill side can be always accurately controlled to the desired value in good accuracy.</p> |
