PURPOSE:To obtain visually excellent output aptitude by providing an attribute to the control point of an outline font and using the same corresponding to an output size. CONSTITUTION:An attribute is provided to the control point of the outline font stored in a pattern data storage means 4 and the attribute optimum to an output character size is used by a control point position judging means 2 judging the output character size indicated by document data and a control point control means 3 controlling the control point on the basis of the output character size is used to develop an outline font on a pattern data developing means 5 and the outline font is outputted to an output apparatus as output data 6. By this method, visually excellent output aptitude from a small size for the text to a large size for a title can be obtained from one character font data. |
