PURPOSE:To change crossing angle in rolls according to various dimensions of the objective coils in plural kinds during rolling operation by providing means for indicating changing timing for the crossing angle setting in the rolls matching to the timing, when the connected part of both coils passes through the rolling mill. CONSTITUTION:The changing timing for the crossing angle in the rolls at the time of continuously rolling plural coils A, B connected with the connected point C in series can be suitably changed as matching to the connecting point C. Further, as the coil length rolled under unsuitable crossing angle in the rolls can be drastically reduced, accuracy of plate thickness to the plate width direction is improved and the yield is improved.
