PURPOSE:To obtain the subject composition usable without necessitating vulcanization treatment, having high mechanical strength and excellent workability, oil resistance and permanent compression set and useful for hose, etc., by compounding a polymer composed mainly of dichlorobutadiene unit with a specific gel-containing chloroprene rubber at a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition is composed of (A) 20-95wt.% (preferably 30-90wt.%) of a polymer containing >=80wt.% (preferably >=90wt.%) of 2,3-dichloro-1,3-butadiene unit and preferably having a weight-average molecular weight of 50,000-400,000 and (B) 80-5wt.% (preferably 70-10wt.%) of a gel- containing chloroprene rubber having a toluene insoluble content of >=40wt.% (preferably >=90wt.%). |
