PURPOSE:To reduce cost, and to improve reliability by arranging a conductor coil wound in plural times into a molding die and injecting a reaction liquid for forming a synthetic resin through a reaction injection molding method and curing the reaction liquid. CONSTITUTION:Two unit coils 23 are connected so that the directions of mutual windings are opposite, thus constituting a pair of coils for levitation. When the conductors of each unit coil are welded, terminals 25 for guidance are led out simultaneously from each position of welding, thus organizing coils 24 combining levitation guidance. Two pairs of the coils 24 are arranged in a molding die 30, and an upper cover is set and the coils 24 are fixed temporarily. The die 30 is tilted under the state, a reaction liquid for forming a synthetic resin is injected from a lower section through a reaction injection molding method while a gas in the die 30 is discharged from an upper section, and cured integrally. Accordingly, pre-treatment required for temporary fixing among coil strands can be omitted, thus reducing cost while improving reliability. |
