<p>PURPOSE:To always uniformize laminating pressure by a method wherein two or more base materials are fed in a bonded state and hot air is sprayed to the base materials along the lateral direction thereof on the surface and rear sides of the base materials along the direction crossing the feed direction at a right angle and the base materials are laminated by the pressure of the hot air. CONSTITUTION:After the temp. of air is set by temp. regulators 17, 18, compressors 7, 8 are started and air is set to arbitrary original pressure by pressure reducing valves 9, 10. The air controlled in pressure by the pressure reducing valves 9, 10 is passed through heaters 13, 14 to be heated to proper temp. and supplied to air blowers 3, 4 and hot air is sprayed to base materials 1, 2 along the lateral direction thereof through slits 5, 6 on the rear sides of the base materials to laminate both materials 1, 2. Since a press bonding roll is unnecessary, the laminating pressure along the laterial and bending directions of the base materials can be always ensured uniformly and a good laminated sheet not generating the release of the base materials is obtained.</p> |
