An optical-mechanical component is provided for deflecting an incident beam in two different directions. The component comprises a wheel provided with a plurality of triple-reflecting mirror means disposed around the circumference of the wheel. The angle of incidence of adjacent mirror means is offset by 180.degree.. When an optical beam enters along the center of the path of the mirror means and the wheel is rotated about its center axis, two reflected beams having a 50% : 50% time division emerge. |
