PURPOSE:To obtain a grout material capable of providing a gel having high strength without separating crystalline water by blending a specific colloidal silica with a saturated aqueous solution of a mixture of sodium hydrogencarbonate and potassium hydrogencarbonate and milk of lime at a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The grout material obtained by blending (A) 100 pts.vol. colloidal silica having 40-20wt.% (preferably 35-25wt.%) SiO2 concentration and <=1wt.% (preferably <=0.7wt.%) Na2O concentration and having <=10mum (preferably <=7mum) particle diameter and <=13cPs (preferably <=10cPs) viscosity at 25 deg.C with (B) 5-200 pts.vol. saturated aqueous solution of a mixture of sodium hydrogencarbonate and potassium hydrogencarbonate and (C) 50-500 pts.wt. milk of lime obtained by adding 0.5-20 pts.wt. (preferably 2-10 pts.wt.) slaked lime to 100 pts.wt. water. |
