Machine characterized in that, in it, the recent mixture of chemical liquids is conveyed from the mixer to the bottom of a metal feed channel where the initial reaction takes place before the expansive foam flows over the paper base which is deployed on an inclined fall plate. The foaming channel distributes the foam compound uniformly between the lateral walls where the surface of the block follows the side of the paper, following a horizontal level line with the upper part of the expanded foam from the channel. The foamy material is dispensed to 70% of the possible height of the block, some lift being produced, but the main expansion takes place downwards on the inclined fall plate. The block thus produced will have a regular rectangular transverse section. <IMAGE>
