<p>PURPOSE:To make it easy to remove the dust from a part opposing a sensitive body so as to obtain a high resolving power by positioning accurately a relative position of a holding member and the sensitive body with a fine adjustment in each direction and making it possible to make a convergent optical transmission array approximate and separate to and from the sensitive body. CONSTITUTION:A holding frame 60 is supported by support axes 16L and 16R embedded in conical holes 68a and 69a on one side in the vertical scanning direction. Further, stop arms 64L and 64R on both sides are screwed on stop plates 17L and 17R of side plates 15L and 15R on both sides, so that a position is decided in the direction of optical axis of an SLA 111. Next, an adjusting mechanism 55 adjusts finely an image-formation position on a sensitive drum of an LED array 104 with the SLA 111 held by the holding frame 60. At this time, inclination quantity and moving quantity of a writing unit 1.00 is adjusted finely by rotations of cylindrical cams 87, 92 and 117, 134 on both sides and rotations of eccentric circular axes 80, 83. Also, when inspection and cleaning of a writing device 50 are necessary, the holding frame 60 is rotated till a separating position by releasing screws 18L and 18R, so that a part of an optical injection face 111a of the SLA 111 is exposed upward and the inspection and works can be performed easily.</p> |
