PURPOSE:To prevent leakage resin from adhering to film, facilitate the lot change operation and the removing operation of oxidized resin and improve safety by a method wherein a tapered part, which abuts against the inclined upper face of a lip part, and a thin plate part, which extends in the resin extrusion opening of the lip part, are provided in an inner deckel bar. CONSTITUTION:A tapered part 7a, which abuts against the inclined upper face 4a of a lip part 4, and a thin plate part 7b, which extends from the lower end of the tapered part in the resin extrusion opening 4b of the lip part 4, are provided in an inner deckel bar 7. Further, the thickness of the thin plate part 7b is set to be 0.8-1.0 times as large as the width of the resin extrusion opening 4b. In addition, the maximum width of the tapered part 7a is set to be 0.8-1.0 times as large as the width of the resin passage in a round part 3. Furthermore, the thin plate part 7b projects downwards beyond the lower end of the lip part 4. In addition, in the inner deckel bar 7, the tapered part 7a and the thin plate part 7b are provided over the whole part, which is at least present within a T-die main body. |
