Machine which comprises two concentric vertical tubes which can move along constant paths, a box fixed to the outer tube equipped with a tube parallel to said tube, a lever articulated on a ring which can be positioned longitudinally on said outer tube, a rod guided in said box equipped with a piston, a load cell which can be adjusted in terms of height, means for imparting a downward path for the outer tube which gives rise to the insertion of the tube into the hopper of the powder and its filling with a preset amount of powder, an upward path for the central tube which gives rise to the descent of the piston and the compacting of the powder contained in the tube, a rising path for the outer tube which carries the tube on a bush for receiving the compacted metered amount of powder, and a descent path for the central tube capable of giving rise to the expulsion of the compacted metered amount towards the bush. <IMAGE>
