<p>PURPOSE:To prevent generation of slack of a tape by enabling rotary force to be transmitted in shippable state when fast-forwarding and rewinding of tape is stopped and then rotary force of a tape reel at a take-up side to be weakened for driving. CONSTITUTION:An interlocking drum 21 is engaged to a follower gear 17 at fast-forwarding and rewinding and a driving gear 16 and the follower gear 17 are directly connected, thus enabling a tape reels 7 and 8 to be driven without any slippage. Then, when fast-fowarding and rewinding are stopped, an operation member is operated for canceling engagement between the interlocking drum 21 and the driving gear 17 and rotation of the driving gear 16 is transmitted to the follower gear 17 through a slip member 18, thus enabling the tape reels 7 and 8 to slip and rotate and at the same time the tape reels 7 and 8 to be braked. Therefore, application of a large tension to a tape or generation of slack of tape can be prevented.</p> |
