A preparing process of a synthetic resin deformed elastic tube comprises the steps of: liq. resin mixing step in dipping tank; preheating step of mold; dipping step when the liq. resin is coated on the surface and pin of mold, and a part of the stem; heating and cooling step of the liq. resin; and mold assembling step when many pins are inserted and protruded on the mold body, and the mold joining the step is fixed on the upper part; isolating step when cutting by a punching machin and isolating by pushing the pins and drawing the semihardened product form the mold; and shrinking and hardening step.
