FIRE- RESISTING PACKING MASS

The mass is applied to the heating units lining in metallurgy. It has high mechanical strength parameters, high refractory properties, temperature-resistance and resistance to metal melts. The refractory packing mass contains in weight parts: high-aluminium-oxide filler, fractioned up to a grain size from 0.16 to 4.0 mm, from 75 to 92 , fine-milled aluminium silicate addition from 7 to 20 or calcium aluminate cement from 2.5 to 20 , aluminophosphate or chromephosphate or aluminochromephosphate binder or their combination from 2.5 to 20.
