摘要 |
The manipulator applies to the industry for handling prism-shaped metal and non-metal details with different dimensions and weight of up to 1 ton. It is versatile, re-adjustable and flexible. It consists of a support port (1) to which is welded a rail with a double T-shaped profile (2) and a hoist (3), bearing-mounted to it, fixed to a support frame (4) to which is connected through guide rollers (5) a vertical displacement mechanism (6). Motor-reducers (9 and 15) are attached to the mechanism (6), which realize the clamping of the detail by the jaws (8 and 13) and a 180 degree rotation of the clamping mechanism around the x-x axis.<IMAGE>
