<p>The covering is positioned on a roof under structure comprising rafters and slats and the plates used (10) have a bearing surface (15) which is flat to the weather side and crossways to the long plate sides. Adjacent sealing plates (16) support on the bearing surfaces (15) in such a way that in the free space between the underside of the cover plates (10) and the sealing plates, penetrating moisture is conducted away to the next eaves-side row of cover plates (10). The counterposed first side edge areas of the sealing plates locate between the roof slats (23) and the roof cover plates (10). Projections (18) limiting the lower eaves-side ends of the water-conducting joint and the cover joint run inclined so that the water-conducting joint is enlarged in cross-section towards its lower end.</p> |
