PURPOSE:To ensure safe transportation of a container and enable the process of disassembly and reuse thereof by attaching, over the whole inner surface of the empty container, powdered solidified matter obtained from the mixture of slag dust, silicate, water soluble polymer, organic acid metal salt, calcium carbonate and water under the room temperature. CONSTITUTION:A solidified matter 6 being attached to the inner wall surface of an empty container 1 by an adhesive property of liquefied organic halide matter 5 present thereon absorbs the halide matter to cause the halide matter penetrated into respective pores 4... to exude therefrom and generate the adsorbing action. When a cleaning process is previously added, the liquefied organic halide matter 5 present on the inner surface of the empty container 1 is removed by a cleaning liquid agent. Also, the liquefied organic halide matter 5 in a container 1 forming material 3 is dissolved in the cleaning liquid agent 7 to flow to the outside and be adsorbed in the solidified matter 6. Thus, the halide matter is stably held in the solidified matter by the adsorbing action of the solidified matter. |
