PURPOSE:To enhance a degree of freedom of an arrangement layout by supporting a hand acceleration lever on an oscillating member for supporting a steering wheel, and disposing, in the oscillating member, a receiving portion for an acceleration wire which is operated by the acceleration lever. CONSTITUTION:In a rotary steering wheel 13, a locking tool 19 is oscillated upward according to upward oscillating operation of an operating lever 20 so as to be released from an uneven acting portion 21a of a stopper 21 fixed to a machine portion 18, for oscillation of a support member 17. Accordingly, a tilt of the steering wheel 13 can be freely adjusted around an axis P2. A hand acceleration lever 23 is disposed sideward of the support member 17 in such a manner as to be oscillated around an axis of a rotary pivot 24 via the rotary pivot 24 formed integrally with the acceleration lever 23 and a fixing member 25. In order to interlock the acceleration lever 23 with an accelerator, the accelerator and the acceleration lever 23 are connected to each other via an acceleration wire 6. |
