PURPOSE:To obtain an application method of a condensation type silicone oil for enabling stable application in condensation type silicone oil application in manufacturing of a waterless planographic board by eliminating influence of moisture during staying of a coating liquid. CONSTITUTION:A method is constituted in such a way that silicone is divided into two parts, liquid consisting of silicone added with a cross-linking agent in a kettle A and liquid consisting of silicone added with a catalyst in a kettle B are both delivered to a mixing kettle M for mixing immediately before application, and then delivered to an application device via a supplying kettle S. In another method, the kettle B is used for preparation of the cross-linking agent and catylist, while the kettle A is for preparation of silicone and various kinds of additive agents except the cross-linking agent and catalyst. Immediately before application, respective prepared liquid of the kettles A and B is delivered to the kettle M for mixing and then delivered to the application device C via the supplying kettle S. Consequently, in both methods time of silicone being mixed with the cross-linking agent and the catalyst is so short that influence of hardening due to moisture in the atmosphere is prevented. Also according to a method wherein in-line mixing is conducted by a static mixer 1 instead of the mixing kettle M, both liquid can be mixed immediately before application, therefore it is a method excellent in mixing efficiency. |
