<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the weight and size of a movable unit and also reduce the space for installing the unit by storing both a second conveying means and recording paper in a space in a main body, the second conveying means reversely conveying the recording paper conveyed. CONSTITUTION:A copy paper P fed to a fixing device 27 via a conveyor belt 26 serving as a first conveying means and having an image fixed thereon is discharged by a pair of first paper-discharging rollers 28a, 28b serving as a second conveying means and is guided to a paper discharge passage 30 formed inside a device main body 1 by switching of a switching means 29 provided on the lower side of the second conveying means. Next the paper is conveyed via a pair of second paper-discharging rollers 31 to a storage portion 32 formed inside the main body 1. The rear end portion of a lower unit 2B is axially supported by a shaft 200 in such a manner as being freely rotated and the front end side portion of the unit 2B can be opened and closed by means of driving of a hydraulic cylinder 201 with the rear end portion serving as a point of support. A space 40 allowing the opening and closing movements of the unit 2B is formed below the unit 2B and the storage portion 32 for storing the discharged copy paper P therein is disposed in the space 40.</p> |
