PURPOSE:To improve workability, especially suitable for radial type by making a width on the side of an extension end of a flexible substrate connected to one end side of a fine piezoelectric piece larger than an array width of the fine piezoelectric piece. CONSTITUTION:A flexible substrate 10 has a connection area 11 with a width thereof equal to an array width W on one end side of a fine piezo-electric piece 1. Then, the substrate is extended from the connection area 11 with the expansion of the width thereof to provide first and second wiring areas 12a and b. The first and second wiring areas 12a and b reach both end sides from the center and the widths thereof are made to equal the array width W. Steps are formed on the extension end side with different lengths thereof. With the steps as land areas, 128 electrode lands are formed in a row at a uniform interval. Then, when a backing material 2 is fastened on an outer circumference of a base 3, it is wound with the first wiring area 12a on the upper side and the second wiring area 12b on the lower side. Thus, the widths of the first and second wiring areas 12a and b coincide with the array width W and moreover, the electrode lands 13 are provided at upper and lower steps thereby exposing all of the backing material to the outer circumferential surface thereof without overlapping of the electrode lands 13. |
