PURPOSE:To reliably fire a thyristor without producing a defective phase by generating a phase control pulse between a zero point phase of a delaying voltage with respect to a power souce voltage and a zero poin phase of a leading voltage advanced by 90 deg. from the delayed voltage. CONSTITUTION:6 thyristors 21-26 are conncted in a bridge to form phase-controlled 3-phase full-wave rectifiers 30, and a flywheel diode 27 is inserted between the DC output terminals (d) and (e). Phase control pulses are supplied from a phase controller 30 in the prescribed sequence to the thyristors 21-26. The controller 30 generates a phase cntrol pulse between a zero point phase of the delayed voltage with respect to the power source voltage produced by using a delta-connection transformer 31 and a zero point phase of the leading voltage advanced at 90 deg. from the delayed voltage. |
