METHOD FOR FINELY DIVIDING GROUP OF MOLECULE OF WATER, SOLUTION CONTAINING WATER-SOLUBLE MINERAL USED THEREFOR AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To finely divide groups of molecules of water and to improve the quality of the water by adding a prescribed amt. of a soln. contg. water soluble minerals to the water composed of the groups by hydrogen bonding strength acting between molecules of water. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed amt. of a soln. contg. water soluble minerals is added to water composed of groups of molecules by hydrogen bonding strength acting between molecules of water. As a result, the groups are finely divided and the quality of the water can be improved. The soln. contg. water-soluble minerals is preferably produced as follows: starch and/or grains, stones of apricots, Japanese apricots, etc., and eggshells are pulverized and mixed in a prescribed ratio, water is added and they are stirred and heated to form a viscous mixed liq. Malted rice is added to the mixed liq. and this liq. is fermented and aged to dissolve the mineral components of the stones in the liq. by 5-9wt.% (expressed in terms of ash). The resulting fermented and aged liq. is filtered.
