<p>PURPOSE:To improve copying quality easily and inexpensively by switching a facsimile receiving condition that a liquid crystal shutter array between a mirror and a photosensitive substance is open-close controlled corresponding to a received image to a copying condition that a copy image is irradiated directly to the photosensitive substance while keeping the liquid crystal shutter array in a full-open condition. CONSTITUTION:During receiving a facsimile, a copy D is not set on a contact glass plate 15, so that light from a fluorescent lamp 51 is reflected from a mirror 53 and transmitted through the internal openings of arrayed elements in a liquid crystal shutter array 54 to a Cell Fock lens array 55, by which a received image is projected on a photosensitive substance drum 9. On the other hand, during copying, the copy D is moved along the contact glass plate 15, so that light from the fluorescent lamp 51 is formed into reflected light from a copy plane via the mirror 53 and transmitted through all arrayed elements in the liquid crystal shutter array 54 and a copy image is projected on the photosensitive substance drum 9 by the Cell Fock lens array 55. It is thus possible to improve the quality of an image at a low cost.</p> |
