In order to manufacture, by moulding, self-stiffened panels made of composite material having a thermosetting, thermoplastic, metal or other matrix, a tool is proposed which comprises a bed (10), a sealing bladder (12) intended to be connected in a sealed manner to the bed, and sizing parts (14) capable of being placed, between the stiffeners (R) of the panel (P) to be manufactured, outside the bladder. Each of the sizing parts comprises two profiled elements (16) facing the side walls of the stiffeners and a system of connection between these profiled elements which is constituted, for example, by several connecting members (18) to which the profiled elements are attached. <IMAGE>
