Device for rendering hedge cutting safe and easy. The invention relates to a device which makes it possible to carry out hedge cutting without the user being able to be in physical contact with the hedge cutter which eliminates any risk of accident caused mainly by physical fatigue of the user after a number of hours of work and various unexpected environmental factors. It is constituted by a movable chassis (1) equipped with an adjustable support (14), on which a hedge cutter (4) is installed, and this equipment slides on 4 telescopic tubes (7) and (8), which makes it possible for the user to cut a hedge vertically in thickness and horizontally as far as height is concerned. The device according to the invention is intended in particular to support a hedge cutter used by the general public in order to increase safety and to eliminate fatigue of the user, mainly for cutting very long hedges. <IMAGE>
