PURPOSE:To efficiently generate the document by displaying the column/nombre in a fixed position of the upper end and the lower end of a document generating screen at the time of generating the document so that the document can be generated without correcting a position of an insertion area for updating text data. CONSTITUTION:A marginal data generating part 2 generates mentioned data of every page as a column/nombre data file 21, and a document generation processing part 1 generates a document generation screen for displaying mentioned data read out of the column/nombre data file 21 in a fixed position of the upper end and the lower end of the document generating screen and stores it in a test data file 11, and a printing processing part 4 synthesizes data of the text data file 11 and the column/nombre data file 21 and prints it. Accordingly, a display and printing to a fixed position of a document screen of column/nombre data are always secured, and the document generation can be concentrated on only updating of text data. In such a way, it is attained that the document is generated efficiently. |
