PURPOSE:To shorten the processing time and the response time by constituting the processor so that in the case the same key information is inputted continuously, whether the key information is processed by converting it separately to a code at every key information or processed by converting in a lump to one code can be selected. CONSTITUTION:First of all, by a selecting means 4, one of a first storage means 2 or a second storage means 3 is selected. This selection information is informed to a converting means 5, and thereafter, the converting means 5 executes code conversion of key information inputted from an input device such as a keyboard, etc., based on conversion code information stored in a storage means selected by the selecting means 4 instructed by its selection information. That is, in the case the same key input information is inputted continuously, whether its continuous key input information is converted to one code in a lump, or subjected to code conversion separately at every separate key input information can be selected at any time. In such a way, the same processing corresponding to continuous inputs of the same key is executed in a lump without spoiling the versatility of a key input, and the processing time and the response time are shortened. |
