<p>The invention relates to new variants of type I interferon having one of the following formulae: X1-R0 (I); or X1-X2-R0 (II); or X1-X2-X3-R0 (III) wherein X1, X2 and X3 are similar or different and represent each an amino acid and Ro is the amino acid sequence of an interferon of type I, a cassette enabling their expression in the yeast, the invention also relating to the method for producing such variants from yeasts transformed by said cassette, as well as to their applications.</p> |
