PURPOSE:To move a master clock source quickly every occurrence of a call by sending control information with plural local switch means be able to send a new clock source when a master right designation is received. CONSTITUTION:Lots of local switches 600-1-600-N are connected to a master switch 100 in a star shape. Then the master switch 100 and a digital line connecting to digital trunks of lots of the local switches 600-1-600-N are used for a clock source. Only one source is selected and a clock such as 64kHz extracted from the digital line is used as a clock source, from which a clock of 2.048MHz is generated and sent to a clock bus. Thus, a reference clock source is quickly moved for every occurrence of a call.
