PURPOSE:To easily change and adjust the condition of a stereoscopic effect with a simple operation by providing an input means which inputs an instructed point for adjusting the condition of the stereoscopic effect after the deformation. CONSTITUTION:A picture element density change part 1301 executes the processing for giving depth to a picture by changing the picture element density of an original picture within a prescribed function. A picture shape change part 1302 executes a processing which gives a perspective sensation to the whole shape of a picture. The picture can be deformed into a picture with the stereoscopic effect by the combination of the processing of these density and external shape, an instruction point information which designates the condi tion of that stereoscopic effect is inputted by a deformation initial value part 11, and the coefficient of the function of the picture element density change part 1301 is adjusted by that information. Thus, the picture deformation device which the condition of the stereoscopic effect of a stereoscopic picture can be adjusted, can be obtained. |
