A plastic compound comprises polyvinylchloride, a secondary rubber raw material, a plasticizer, a stabilizer, possibly a filler and/or pigment in the following component ratios in percent by weight: secondary rubber raw material 70-30; polyvinylchloride 18-40; plasticizer, stabilizer, possibly filler and/or pigment representing the remainder. The plastic compound is obtained by mixing the above-mentioned components, plasticizing the mixture at an initial temperature of 70-80 DEG C up to 170-180 DEG C with the subsequent forming of a product. |
