<p>PURPOSE:To enhance an efficiency of laying work by forming a cable in a snake shape, self-traveling it at a predetermined distance to be held between grippers cooperatively so as to hold the snake shape and laying the cable. CONSTITUTION:Two self-traveling type cable gripping units 15 are respectively mounted at upper and lower positions at a predetermined distance on a guide rail 17 in a shaft 14. A cable 11 is drawn from a cable drum 12 disposed near the upper end of the shaft 14, and the cable 11 is introduced into the shaft 14 through a bent guide sheave 13 disposed at the edge of the shaft 14. Since cable grippers 16 at the ends of the gripping units 15 can freely move in a horizontal direction, a suitable snake-shaped part 18 is formed of the cable 11 by using three units 15 near the upper inlet of the shaft 14, and the snake shape is held by the two units 15. Thus, the efficiency of a laying work can be enhanced.</p> |
