<p>The device can be used for production of semi-prepared meat products, for cutting cheese, vegetables and other products. The device comprises two consecutively mounted cutting units with mutually perpendicular guides (22) for the movement of cutting frames consisting of reciprocally moving parallel blades. The through openings (17) of each of the cutting units are square. The cutting units are secured in the device by means of basic elements in the form of openings (20) located on the continuation of one of the diagonals (18), (30) of the through opening, symmetrically to its longitudinal axis. The bases (16) of the casing are symmetrical to both diagonals of the through opening (17).</p> |
