The plant has two counterwise rotating grinding rollers (5) around which is arranged a sieve basket (4) supported by rollers (6). Through the portal opening extends a feed belt (3) on top of which is a funnel (1) and a vibro-feeder (2). The material fed into the sieve basket is picked up by lift blades arranged in the inside of the basket, and moved upwards until it falls between the grinding rollers (5). The rollers draw the material into the gap between them where it is ground, and the thus ground material falls downwards on to the basket sieve surface (4). The sieve surface (8) sorts out large pieces which are then transported upwards by the circulating sieve drier until it drops with other material between the grinding rollers. The small pieces of material drop into a collection tub (10) from which it is moved to a removal belt conveyor (12) by ejectors (9) on the sieve basket exterior. USE/ADVANTAGE - To reduce wet material which is difficult to grind.
