PURPOSE:To obtain the title device rationalized in a process by using a mixed floor type ion exchange resin tower as a main part of production of sucrose type liquid sugar and using series of a strongly acidic cation exchange resin tower and successive resin tower of the above-mentioned main part of sucrose type liquid sugar production as a main part of inversion type liquid sugar production. CONSTITUTION:A mixed floor type ion exchange resin tower (MB tower) in which strongly basic anion exchange resin (SBAER) and weakly cation exchange resin (WACER) capable of compatibly selecting mixed and upper and lower two layer packing system are packed is used as a main part of production lime (S.L.) of sucrose type liquid sugar (STLS) and simultaneously series of packed tower (K tower) of strongly acidic cation exchange resin (SACER) and successive mixed floor type ion exchange resin tower (MB tower) used together with a sucrose type liquid sugar (STLS) are used as a main part of production line (I.L.) of inversion type liquid sugar (ITLS) and production line of sucrose type liquid sugar (STLS) and production line of inversion type liquid sugar (ITLS) are provided together to rationalize these processes.
