PURPOSE:To obtain the title drink which is reconstituted into a liquid by reheating to a drinking temperature and has a fragrance immediately after heat extraction by dissolving gelatin in a warm extracted solution prepared by hot water extraction, cooling the solution to a gelatinizing temperature, sealing and storing in a container. CONSTITUTION:Gelatin >=2wt.% is dissolved in a warm extracted solution prepared by hot water extraction or a cooled solution obtained by heating and cooking, cooled <=sigma gelatinizing temperature, sealed and preserved in a container to give the objective drink. |
