METHOD FOR REGULATING 'MISO'

PURPOSE:To prepare 'MISO' (fermented bean paste) of always homogeneous and constant quality without unevenness in preparation by placing 'MISO' tanks with a discharging device on load cells and regulating the throughput with an output from the load cells in color matching of the 'MISO'. CONSTITUTION:Respective load cells (2a) and (2b) are installed under respective 'MISO' tanks (1a) and (1b) with screws and the throughput is checked with discharged weight regulators (6a) and (6b) to feed back the resultant data to motors (3a) and (3b) for rotating the screws. The rotation of the screws is regulated to keep the throughput at a prescribed amount and carry out the objective preparation. Furthermore, since the discharged amount is constant, an alcohol can be automatically added so as to afford about 2.3wt.% alcoholic concentration.
