PURPOSE:To improve facility by monitoring a temperature displayed by the detecting signal of a temperature sensor, discriminating whether or not the temperature reaches a maximal value of a specified value or higher within a fixed time from a specified stationary value and starting the supply of electricity after a fixed time. CONSTITUTION:A control section 11 monitors a detecting signal from a temperature sensor 7, and discriminates a maximal value as a previously stored specified value or higher and the appearance of the maximal value as generation within a previously stored fixed time. The supply of electricity is started to first and second electric heaters 3, 8 and a motor fan 4 in a thawing chamber 1 after a fixed time on the basis of the discrimination. Accordingly, the thawing of frozen feed A is started automatically by the heat transfer of hot air from an upper section by the first electric heater 3 and the motor fan 4 and thermal conduction from a lower section by the second electric heater 8 without depressing a thawing start button only by introducing frozen food into the thawing chamber. |
